We live in a world where media has given us a voice but it has also overtaken our lives, and our Muslim family values have been compromised. We found and were saddened by a gauging gap between halal entertainment and current media trends. The entertainment industry has regrettably suffered from a lack of quality Muslim content, so we wanted to do something about it. Though we started shia-tv.com back in 2008 and are still serving thousands of people worldwide, it is only available as a website and with limited options. Despite our all personal efforts, time, money and existence from 2008, We could not extend it further as it required professional equipment, streaming servers, and access to media services. As there’s a lot of Muslim-oriented media content, it is not readily available to a broad audience. We wanted to bring something new to the Halal entertainment industry. Hence, we decided to fill that gap with informative, wholesome family entertainment on a single platform, whether you need entertainment for the family or just a break from everyday stress. It is then, ShiaTVBox came into existence, creating a family-friendly atmosphere in your homes. STB is here with 70+ Live Channels and an extensive range of media collection streams. Shia TV Box is also a non-profit project.
We also worked hard in creating a concept of a multi-device streaming solution that can work on many different platforms. Countless hours of research in gathering, managing, and implementing media content have taken place. With the help of Almighty, we are continuously improving media content and viewing experience.
